Bilingual French-speakers are needed to provide Customer Service Support for a Roadside Assistance company. This work-from-home opportunity offers flexible scheduling 24 hours-a-day, including weekends. Perfect for fully-fluent bilingual speakers who can deliver premier customer service in French and English – all while working from the safety of your own home And it’s all possible through the Arise® Platform.

A day in the life using the Arise® Platform to provide service:

·       Providing bilingual (English/French) support to customers, service providers, and partners through outbound calls.

·       Negotiating agreeable service rates for services rendered.

·       Helping to guarantee a smooth and empathetic customer experience.

·       Gathering & verifying all information with the Customer.

·       Document all issues, resolution, and follow up actions

·       Accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries on the first contact

What It Takes to Succeed

You must be self-motivated (no supervisor will be peering over your shoulder), possess outstanding problem-solving skills, demonstrate patience and empathy, and be able to work under pressure, handling potentially stressful situations. Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills are a must. It’s also important to deliver knowledgeable, friendly, and customer service while efficiently navigating multiple systems.
