What will you do?
Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers. Provides strategic direction, business planning, and implements measures to ensure success of residential HVAC program Direct a sales team of Home Comfort Advisors and ensure they are meeting and exceeding their individual and team objectives Accountable for managing the sales budget including profit and loss accountability. Responsible for the identification of recruitment needs and managing the full cycle of sourcing, interviewing and hiring activities Direction and motivation of a high performing sales team through effective training and coaching. Partner with Service Operations and Installation Teams to maximize opportunities for the service technicians and installers Contribute with the development and implementation of effective sales processes for the organization. Responsible for developing and executing a local market plan to drive organic lead generation Responsible for identifying and developing growth strategies to launch in new geographical territoriesWhat do we offer?
