Job Responsibilities

Lead strategic development of trade tools and customer programs for Budweiser and Busch in Canada by leveraging a strong understanding of the market dynamics in all provinces Generate commercial actions from consumer insights and sales performance Create strategic 1-Year-Plans and 3-Year-Plans for Budweiser and the Busch family of brands Deliver activation tools and programs to the sales team for both the retail and on premise channels to drive volume, share and brand health Work collaboratively with brand marketing counterparts to build cohesive integrated marketing campaigns Work with a wide vendor base to ensure all brand promotion tools are on budget and delivered on time Manage relationships with key sponsorship partners such as the NFL and Toronto Blue Jays Responsible for tracking and delivering ROI on trade marketing spend

Job Qualifications and Competencies

University Degree in Business or related field preferred Minimum 5 years business experience, ideal background in trade marketing Related package goods or beverage alcohol marketing experience Strong team work skills and orientation Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills Ability to manage a wide range of multiple priorities Experience managing multi-million dollar operating budgets Ability to work with a multi disciplined team including shopper marketing agencies, internal sales, marketing, insights, legal and procurement teams Strong ability to build relationships with many stakeholders Change and Innovation – ability to drive change and innovate on brand initiatives to ensure they drive business growth and control costs Global Thinking to identify new initiatives internally or externally to help drive the business results for the brand
