THE OPPORTUNITY Social Community Manager (Bilingual - English / French) Could this be you? The Community Manager is primarily responsible for connecting the paid, earned and owned social conversation together in a uniformed ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to capture, create and manage ongoing content. The Social Community Manager is responsible for having an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and its competitors to execute seamless paid social media campaigns in both English and French.You will…. Contribute to group brainstorm and ideation for social content and strategies for brief to creative Develop and deliver all social content recommendations and plans under the supervision of a manager: annual strategy, monthly organic plans, paid boosting plans Manage overall conversation across platforms on behalf of client business and escalate consumer challenges as appropriate Analyze data to develop sound recommendations. Analyze user behavior data across all digital and social platforms to identify opportunities Curate reports for clients, demonstrating campaign performance. Propose innovative ideas to communicate and engage on social media Manage overall Ambassador/Influencer program aligned to annual goals and strategies. Collaborate and liaise with external agencies and vendors Copy, edit and proofread all content before trafficking. Maintain high productivity and accuracy while managing, prioritizing and completing multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Develop and deliver presentations and participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences as required. Manage the yearly budget for all social asset productions.
