Overnight StewardingSupervisor
As the OvernightStewarding Supervisor you will be an integral member of the teaminspecting all flatware tableware and kitchen equipment andensuring a superior standard of work.
This is afulltime permanent rolestarting immediately.
StartingRate of Pay: $25.30 perhour
We recognize tenure through our compensationhourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to threeyears. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $28.90per hour.
Job DutiesInclude:
- Lead andsupervise the Stewarding team in all aspects of the department andensure standards are followed
- Supervise andmaintain the sanitation of kitchen equipment and other areasassigned
- Responsible for the training of newcolleagues
- Ensure the kitchencolleagues have the dishes silverware and equipmentrequired
- Review banquet event orders and ensureall setups and supplies are in place
- Ensure allbreakages and chipped items are taken out of circulation andinventoried
- Ensure all equipment is in workingorder and report any items in need ofrepair
Qualifications:
- Previousexperience in a Stewarding and Kitchen departmentpreferred
- Strong interpersonal andproblemsolving abilities
- Computer literate inMicrosoft Windowapplications
