Overnight Stewarding Manager

As a key member of our Accor Hotel team, the Overnight Stewarding Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our kitchen and stewarding departments.
This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong leader who can motivate and supervise a team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the Stewarding team in all aspects of the department, ensuring that standards are consistently met.
- Supervise and maintain the sanitation of kitchen equipment and other assigned areas.
- Train new colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Ensure that kitchen colleagues have the necessary dishes, silverware, and equipment to perform their duties.
- Review banquet event orders and ensure that all setups and supplies are in place.
- Identify and remove any broken or chipped items from circulation and maintain an accurate inventory.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and report any items that require repair.
- Previous experience in a Stewarding and Kitchen department is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications is required.
