About the Role:

The Stewarding Associate will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our culinary and food and beverage facilities. This includes cleaning and sanitizing china, glass, and silverware, as well as maintaining the sanitation of major kitchen equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
• Maintain the silver polishing program
• Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner

About You:

• Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is desirable
• Demonstrates the ability to quickly and positively establish rapport with a positive outlook
• Possesses excellent communication skills

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Stewarding Associate to be flexible in working overnights, weekends, and holidays.
