Responsibilities:

Reaching out to insurers for pricing on group insurance plans (new clients and renewals for existing clients)

Implementing new plans with clients o Enrolment forms of Presentations to employees on their plan

Setting up the DAS (deductions at source) file for client o Updating the file at renewal

Day to day administration: Calls from plan administrators o Issues from plan participants

Meet with clients in person to present options and solutions related to their group plan

Annual review with clients to review options

Organizing various presentation to plan participants on different topics.

Dealing with insurer to prepare specific reports

Dealing with third parties on their presentations, cost of presentation, etc..

Prepare health and wellness series of presentations


Requirements:

Ideally licensed as a group insurance advisor

Attention to details

Minimum 5 years of industry-relevant experience in the group insurance industry

Responsabilités :

Contacter les assureurs pour obtenir des prix sur les régimes d'assurance collective (nouveaux clients et renouvellements pour les clients existants).

Mettre en place de nouveaux plans avec les clients

Formulaires d'adhésion ou Présentations aux employés sur leur plan

Mise en place du dossier DAS (déductions à la source) pour le client

Mise à jour du dossier au moment du renouvellement

Administration quotidienne : Appels des administrateurs de régimes

Questions des participants aux régimes

Rencontrer les clients en personne pour leur présenter les options et les solutions relatives à leur régime collectif.

Examen annuel avec les clients pour revoir les options

Organiser diverses présentations sur différents sujets à l'intention des participants au régime.

Traiter avec l'assureur pour préparer des rapports spécifiques

Traiter avec des tiers au sujet de leurs présentations, du coût des présentations, etc.

Préparer des séries de présentations sur la santé et le bien-être.


Exigences :

Idéalement titulaire d'une licence de conseiller en assurance collective

Souci du détail

Au moins 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le secteur de l'assurance collective
