Overview Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking to hire an exceptional Technical Director / Architect to join our IP Design team. Candidates will be joining some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world to develop products that make data faster and safer. As a Technical Director / Architect, you will use your PCIe expertise and leadership skills to define new products and evolutions of existing products, to hold technical discussions with customers and to lead engineering teams. Rambus offers a flexible work environment, embracing a hybrid approach for the majority of our office-based roles. We encourage employees to spend an average of at least three days per week working onsite, allowing for two days of remote work. Responsibilities Define architecture of new products and of evolutions to existing products Hold technical discussions with customers on their system architecture and requirements Manage engineering development teams Qualifications 20+ years of relevant experience PCIe expertise Architecture experience Management experience Good English skills, communication skills, and willingness to work with an international team.
