How You’ll Spend Your Days Collaborate closely with the Lead Producer and Creative Director to unite all members of the development team around our shared goals. Help shape a technological vision that allows us to achieve high-quality standards throughout the entire product development lifecycle. Transform that vision into reality by building the right team structure, establishing clear governance, and creating smooth, effective processes for everyone. Champion solid technical practices and promote thorough documentation and ongoing code reviews, not only to ensure quality, but to make future code sharing between projects a breeze. What You Offer A solid understanding of the French language. You must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Fifteen years or more working in a variety of technological roles within the video games industry. Seven years or more of managerial experience, including a minimum of three years in a senior leadership position. A proven track record of inspirational collaboration with all disciplines while shipping published games, from concept to release.
