They enable brands to efficiently create, edit, and manage marketing content while ensuring brand consistency. They are looking to bring on a bilingual Customer Success Specialist to join their team in Toronto.
In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth experience with our software. You'll also provide training, address issues, and collaborate with our team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure they have a great experience.
- Provide training to help customers use our system.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts in both English and French.
- Resolve issues and escalate when needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and French with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Slack, and Intercom.
