Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience in a quick serve or coffee shop environment. Coffee Shop management, proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, and strong organizational abilities. Strong communication skills, ability to work with executives and diverse teams, and a proven track record in conflict resolution.
