**Job Summary**

The Shop Manager will oversee the quality of graphics and manage the workflow of graphics through to final print. This requires a strong understanding of tolerances, color, and detail quality.

The Shop Manager will learn about our apparel products, manage recieving and sorting blank apparel, and manage outgoing shipments as well.

**Duties**
- Manage daily operations of the printing department, including scheduling and workflow management.
- Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of printing equipment.
- Ensure quality control measures are in place to maintain high standards of printed materials.
- Collaborate with design and marketing team to understand project requirements and timelines, when necessary.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate printing staff to enhance productivity and performance.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process to minimize downtime.
- Maintain inventory levels of printing supplies and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
- Implement best practices for efficiency within the printing environment.

**Skills**
- Proficient in print production software and tools, and learning new software quickly.
- Affable personality and good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during production processes.

Our work environment is relaxed yet industrious: individuals are trained when necessary but are expected to manage their own responsibilities effectively, with mínimal oversight after training. We're looking for an individual who enjoys casual conversation yet can keep themselves focused at the same time. We're all passionate about moving the business forward while supporting each other in each of our roles.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
