We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable Barista to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to the friendly atmosphere of our shop. The ideal candidate can work independently, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain a high level of professionalism during busy hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with accuracy and consistency

Greet and engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere

Handle multiple orders efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality

Work independently and take initiative to complete tasks without constant supervision

Manage cash and digital transactions accurately

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafa, including the counter, tables, and equipment

Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management

Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and sanitation

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process customer orders and handle cash transactions.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and communication.

Requirements & Experience:

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role (preferred but not required)

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with basic math skills for handling transactions

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
