As the Senior Analyst, Industrial Engineering - Supply Chain, you will support with design of our facilities and the development of solutions to optimize operations throughout our Distribution Centres. With the skills you gain in this role, the opportunities are endless — from a rewarding career in Supply Chain Engineering to continued growth and development with Aritzia.**THE ROLE**As the Senior Analyst, Industrial Engineering - Supply Chain, you will:* Identify and gather the requirements for Distribution Centre layout, workflow, and automation projects* Develop problem statements and approach outlines for all analyses* Build customizable, flexible, and dynamic data models that enable business decisions* Support the integration of business decisions into existing and future Distribution Centre designs and plans**THE QUALIFICATIONS**The Senior Analyst, Industrial Engineering - Supply Chain, has:* Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in: + Industrial engineering, data science, or a related engineering field + Analyzing and transforming large data sets into clear and concise visuals + Business intelligence and/or statistical analysis tools + Microsoft Office, including PowerBI and Access + AutoCAD knowledge is an asset* A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles* The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners* A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business**THE COMPENSATION**The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 –$125,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.We are always looking for top talent.
