Our Values Data-Driven Feminism Team Work Pursuit of Excellence Job Description The Supply Chain Director acts as a conductor between Sales, Production, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics—ensuring alignment between market demand and the company’s operational capacity. This role reports to the COO. The Director is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain, from Demand Planning to Operational Execution (Production & Logistics), including Supply Planning (MPS/MRP), Strategic Purchasing, and Logistics Network & 3PL Management, with the goal of delivering customer service (OTIF) at the best total cost, in a context of rapid demand growth. Key Responsibilities Team Development Structure, mentor, and grow the supply chain team Strategic Planning & Governance Define and implement the supply chain strategy. Oversee integrated planning Consolidate demand forecasting tools Develop the S&OP process Manage budget and cost optimization Procurement Coordinate the supply plan with the team Logistics & Distribution Lead end-to-end logistics strategy (transportation, 3PL, warehousing, distribution) Manage 3PL performance and negotiations Oversee e-commerce/marketplace logistics (Canada and USA) Inventory Management Optimize inventory management and develop measurement tools Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent. Experience: 7+ years in supply chain within a CPG manufacturing environment (beverages, food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals). 3+ years of team management experience Hands‑on experience in S&OP, 3PL management, and international sourcing Strong knowledge of ERP systems and analytical tools Strong leadership, customer service orientation, results-driven, and continuous improvement mindset. Ability to operate in a high-growth and transformational environment. Fluent in French and English (bilingualism required to work with teams outside Quebec and international partners). Strategic vision & operational rigor. Strong analytical and decision‑making skills. Excellent cross‑functional communication (Marketing, Finance, Production).
