In just over two years, we’ve sold more than one million boxes of laundry detergent sheets, dishwasher detergent sheets, and dryer sheets. Now, we’re expanding beyond laundry to a full range of eco‑friendly household cleaning essentials, aiming to become the go‑to cleaning brand for families nationwide. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of supply chain initiatives. Who You Are Customer‑Obsessed: You prioritize delivering an unparalleled customer experience above all. Dynamic & Self‑Driven: You thrive amidst ambiguity, taking initiative and making things happen even when the path isn’t clear. Resilient Problem‑Solver: Roadblocks don’t deter you; they propel you to find creative solutions. Strategic Innovator: You love building systems and solving hard problems in the zero‑to‑one stage. Data‑Driven: You have a strong analytical mindset and make decisions based on data. Collaborative Leader: Working across teams energizes you and you achieve common goals. Detail‑Oriented Executor: You have a sharp eye for detail and a proven track record of delivering results on time. Passionate about Excellence: You’re proactive, relentless, and take pride in operational excellence. What You Will Bring 3–5 years of supply chain operations experience, ideally in fast‑growing DTC e‑commerce or similar. Proven experience managing 3PL partnerships, optimizing warehouse operations, and coordinating last‑mile logistics. Familiarity with Shopify or similar, including order fulfillment workflows and inventory integrations. A strong analytical and systems‑thinking mindset to design operational strategies from the ground up. Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across teams. Test‑and‑learn mindset and a willingness to iterate. Experience collaborating with customer service teams to resolve fulfillment or logistics issues (preferred). Extreme grit, integrity, determination, resilience, and resourcefulness. Professional demeanor, genuine enthusiasm, and respect for all employees. Intrinsic spirit of service, placing customer needs and satisfaction at the forefront. Location and Time Commitment Fully remote – you may work wherever you’re most productive. This full‑time role requires at least 6 hours per day of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time to collaborate with the GM and stakeholders. Occasional coverage during Chinese CST (UTC+8) may be needed for order placement.
