Manager Supply Chain We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at our manufacturing operation in Ontario, CA. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the entire process of getting raw materials to finished products, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This involves managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, optimizing production and distribution, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Your Responsibilities Strategic Planning Supplier Management Inventory Management Production Planning Coordinating transportation, warehousing, and distribution of finished goods, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery to customers Identify opportunities to reduce costs throughout the supply chain, including material costs, transportation expenses, and storage costs Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies related to the supply chain Manage and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field Minimum five years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels Effective communication in English, both written and verbal Physical Requirements Must be able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time and work on a computer Our Offer to You $115,000-120,000 per year based on experience Company cell phone Combined PTO Matching 5% 401(k) with Roth option Medical, Dental, Vision and other auxiliary benefit options Company paid Life Insurance and optional Voluntary Life Insurance Development training and opportunities for growth Be yourself at Datwyler We are convinced that people make the difference.
