About the Role We’re looking for a hands‑on Associate Manager, Social Media & Community to help grow our movement. You’ll be the eyes, ears, and voice of Veradek on social—engaging with our audience, managing collaborations, and driving organic content that builds lasting relationships. This is a fast‑paced, collaborative role with direct impact on brand visibility and community growth. Responsibilities Plan and execute organic content in partnership with internal content creators and external partners. Manage influencer gifting and creator collaborations. Identify and share compelling UGC that reflects the Veradek brand and values. Support affiliate programs and review performance for optimization opportunities. Monitor and report on content performance using platform and analytics tools. Engage daily with our social community, ensuring timely, thoughtful responses across platforms. Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, customer service, product, and design teams to support launches and seasonal campaigns. Contribute to the social content calendar and campaign planning processes. Deliver community insights to internal teams to inform product development, messaging, and strategy. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in social media, community management, or influencer marketing. Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook) and community tools. Strong written communication skills and take initiative with proactive communications and responsiveness. A passion for storytelling, trends, and building relationships. Curiosity about social trends, community management, and creator culture. Organized and detail‑oriented, with strong project and time‑management skills. Comfort working in a fast‑moving, test‑and‑learn environment. A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and iteration. Required Skills Growth in engagement rate and brand mentions. Increase in social‑driven traffic and conversion actions. Quality, consistency, and brand alignment of published content. Depth and effectiveness of influencer and creator relationships. Strength and authenticity of community interactions (comments, DMs, shares). Timely and organized content delivery across platforms. Sharing of social insights into cross‑functional strategies (e.g. product, design, customer service). Ability to spot and test new trends, tools, and opportunities to elevate the brand.
