THE ROLEIn the role of a Program Monitor, you will flourish in an energetic and diverse position that includes interacting with children and monitoring captivating programs for adults.
Your responsibilities may range from crafting with kids to making sure the adult activities are enjoyable and stimulating. Every day promises a new set of experiences as you foster a secure and positive environment for all attendees. We aim to make certain that fun is had by all, including you, and yes, it's a paid position
This job is perfect for those who have a passion for engaging with both children and adults and are committed to fostering a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered
AND
Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
Successful completion of the Principles of Healthy Child Development and Quest 2 certification, HIGH FIVE, by end of probation
Experience
In working with children
In leading children in activities
In ensuring safety protocols and procedures
Competencies
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
English Essential / Bilingual (English and French) an asset
