Job Title: Maintenance Person (On-Site) Location: Georgina, ON (Keswick) Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (as applicable) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to work on-site at our property in the Georgina area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the general upkeep, maintenance, and repair of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for tenants, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall • Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify issues and preventative maintenance needs • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations • Maintain exterior areas including snow removal, lawn care, and general groundskeeping • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards • Coordinate with contractors and service providers as required • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records • Keep maintenance areas, tools, and equipment organized and in good working condition Qualifications & Skills • Working knowledge of general maintenance trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC an asset) • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently • Good communication and time-management skills • Physically capable of performing manual labour, lifting, and working in varying weather conditions • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred • Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call if required Working Conditions • On-site position in the Georgina area • Indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions • Occasional evenings, weekends, or emergency call-outs may be required What We Offer • Free Housing in a multi-unit property in Georgina • Can be part-time as well and a monthly stipulation will be provided (as agreed) • Opportunity to work independently with support from management
