We are hiring **LANDSCAPE LABOURERS**(to finish up the 2025 Summer & Fall seasons) Additional opportunity to continue into the Winter Season as a **SNOW PLOW OPERATOR or a SNOW SHOVELER**

**Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Fall: Raking, backpack blowing, sweeping, edging, grass cutting, opening/closing garden and shrub beds, and litter picking.
- Clean-up of debris and leaves with backpack blowers, trailer vacuum, rakes & brooms.
- Snow removal at residential properties (if continuing into Winter Season).
- Able to complete Job Logs, Timesheets, and Reports as required.
- Team work, daily equipment and vehicle checks, daily and weekly general equipment and vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
- These jobs include the use of fuel, electric powered, and manual equipment.

**Requirements**:

- You reside in the Aurora, Newmarket, or King City area.
- You have a G License with a clean driver's abstract.
- You have access to a vehicle (no public transit access to Shop location).
- You must be available for Full Time work Monday - Friday, with the ability to work weekends if required due to seasonal demands.
- **You are available for daytime shifts between 7:00am - 5:00pm during Summer and Fall season.**:

- You have the ability to lift 23 kg.
- You must be able to work outside in all environments and conditions (e.g. heat, sun, rain, noise, dust, dirt, cold, snow...)
- Experience driving a truck and trailer is a benefit.
- You are available for on-call shifts during Winter season from November 2025 to April 2026 (if applicable).
- You are required to be available when called in within one hours notice (Winter Season only, if applicable).
- You have experience driving a truck and operating a snow plow (Snow Plow Operator positions).
- You are required to keep accurate time and service logs during every shift.
- You are required to communicate with the office and management regarding all shift activities (pre, during, and post).
- You are reliable, dependable, hard working, a team player, healthy and physically able to take on the demands of the position.
- Experience is preferred but not necessary (Snow Shoveler / Landscape Labourer).
- Pay based on experience._

**Mastercut Property Services** is a full service, year-round, Landscape Company servicing York Region for over 37 years.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: $19.00-$26.00 per hour

- York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
