This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team, offering a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast‑growing specialty agency. Roles & Responsibilities Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts Serve as direct support to client contacts Weekly communication with any vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality and improvements Build strategies for clients each quarter Create, maintain and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM Responsible for personal productivity and utilization Work directly with Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are being achieved Understand the value of programmatic campaigns Drive cross‑sell, upsell and referral opportunities via client relationships and professional network Execute and optimise LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development and targeting to maximise ROI What You Offer 2+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clients Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads Understanding of different Ad Units within the LinkedIn Platform such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV and more Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense and related tools Strong understanding of paid principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management and campaign optimisation Ability to analyse campaign performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel or other analytics platforms to make data‑driven decisions Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title etc. Proven and measurable success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts Ability to translate and articulate strategy, telling stories with data Competitive and curious problem solver who lives on the cutting edge of the industry Organise, prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously Quality‑obsessed with a passion for advertising excellence Travel to visit clients approximately once per year, per client or as needed What Success Looks Like Encompass core values through every interaction internally and externally Effectively manage approximately five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts Meet and exceed department‑level KPIs such as client growth and goal attainment; core KPIs include client NSMs and client satisfaction scores Build client trust and relationships that create consistent renewals Cross‑sell services that align with client goals and objectives Communicate results clearly to client point of contact and executives Make exceptional strategic decisions for accounts Benefits Medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance coverage for you and your family, including a 100% employer‑paid plan for you and 50% contribution for dependents Benefits to support the whole person: Mental – access to certified therapists through Spring Health, membership to Headspace; Physical – physical therapy through Omada, fertility support through Carrott, virtual workouts via Aaptiv, complimentary One Medical membership; Time Off – unlimited PTO (2‑week minimum), paid company holidays, birthday off, end‑of‑year recharge; Financial – traditional and Roth 401(k) with a 3% company match; Bonus – annual bonus based on tenure which scales over time Work Environment Requirements This is a remote‑first company; you can work from anywhere in the US, with the option to use our Irvine, California offices. For some positions we also accommodate Canada, the UK and Australia – you must have current work authorization and permanently reside in that country. You will operate 100% virtually from your home office, collaborating through Zoom and Slack. You must have reliable internet, a laptop (PC or Mac) and proficiency with office productivity tools. The role requires remaining stationary for extended periods, observing and interpreting written and/or verbal communication, and maintaining a professional background.
