We’re future‑focused and are looking for the right Senior Strategist with a growth mindset to join our evolving team. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. It has a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast‑growing specialty agency. Key Responsibilities Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts. Serve as direct support to client contacts. Communicate weekly with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality and improvements. Build strategies for clients each quarter. Create, maintain and optimise budgets for paid media campaigns. Provide fractional support for internal marketing in a boutique agency setting. Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions. Confirm lead routing accuracy within a CRM. Manage personal productivity and utilisation. Collaborate with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are met. Understand the value of programmatic campaigns. Drive cross‑sell, upsell and referral opportunities via client relationships. Execute and optimise LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including ad copywriting, TAM development and targeting to maximise ROI. What You Offer 4+ years’ experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, supporting B2B clients. Deep expertise across paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads. Knowledge of LinkedIn Ad Units such as conversation, document, CTV and more. Proficiency with advertising tools: LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ZoomInfo, 6Sense and others. Ability to delegate to junior team members and achieve joint success. Strong understanding of paid principles, keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management and optimisation. Analytical skills using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel or other platforms to inform decisions. Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc. Proven success with mid‑market or enterprise accounts. Storytelling ability – translate strategy into data‑driven narratives. Competitive, curious and problem‑solver mindset. Passion for industry trends and professional growth. Excellent organisation, prioritisation and multi‑project management. Quality‑obsessed with a strong focus on effective advertising. Readiness to travel to clients approximately once per year. What Success Looks Like Embodies core values in all interactions. Manages ~5 mid‑tier and enterprise accounts effectively. Exceeds department KPIs, including client NSM and satisfaction scores. Builds client trust and relationships that support renewals. Cross‑sells services aligned with client goals. Communicates results clearly to clients and executives. Makes exceptional strategic decisions for accounts.
