The Creative Marketing Strategist plays a key role in shaping our marketing efforts—crafting strategies that are not only effective, but also visually compelling, culturally relevant, and aligned with our distinctive brand voice. Responsibilities 1. Campaign Strategy & Planning Develops high-level marketing concepts and long-term strategic plans. Identifies target audiences and understands their behaviors and motivations. Aligns all marketing initiatives with business objectives and brand identity. 2. Creative Concept Development Generates fresh, inspiring campaign ideas across digital and traditional channels. Collaborates with designers, editors, photographers, and external agencies to bring creative visions to life. Ensures all creative output is consistent, on-brand, and visually engaging. 3. Content & Messaging Strategy Crafts storytelling frameworks tailored to various platforms (social media, email, web, video, etc.). Oversees brand language, tone of voice, and key messaging themes. Determines optimal content distribution channels based on audience insights. 4. Data-Driven Insight Monitors campaign performance and translates data into actionable strategy refinements. Utilizes marketing analytics tools—and potentially AI platforms—to track engagement, conversions, and ROI.
