**Role Summary**:At Consultus Digital, the Creative Strategist (CS) is responsible for building high-performing creative strategies that drive meaningful results for our clients. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling ads that enhance revenue, ad spend, and return on ad spend (ROAS). You'll act as the strategic hub between creative production and post-production, ensuring seamless execution and impactful campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Research**
- Stay updated with industry trends, advertising techniques, and best practices.
- Analyze competitor ads to spot opportunities and improve client campaigns.
- Research client demographics, pain points, and behaviours to optimize creative strategy.
- Maintain detailed research documents, including Client 101 and Creative Guidance, to align with brand and creative constraints.
**Ideation**
- Develop innovative, high-performing ad concepts tailored to each client's goals.
- Utilize direct response copywriting techniques to craft effective angles.
- Systematically experiment with successful concepts to maximize results.
- Storyboard and present ad concepts to internal teams, ensuring all creative assets are aligned with strategic goals.
- Contribute to creative discussions by sharing inspiration and new ideas in collaborative channels.
**Creation**
- Collaborate with Account Manager & paid media team to align upcoming targets with ad plans.
- Transform ideas into actionable Ad Plans using our task management platform ClickUp.
- Write ad copy, content creator scripts, and landing page copy using direct response principles.
- Manage the execution of ad creatives through structured sprints, ensuring timely delivery of briefs to various teams.
- Ensure each sprint meets ad launch targets and input KPIs.
- Expanding and managing our database of content creators, carefully selecting talent that aligns with both our brand and our diverse client portfolio. They’ll recruit creators with various styles and strengths to ensure a robust pool of talent for any campaign needs
- Brief internal and external creative teams, providing feedback to ensure high-quality creative output that meets brand standards.
**Analysis**
- Review performance data with Account Manager and Paid Media Team to identify successful concepts and inform future strategies.
- Complete Creative Reports for end-of-sprint client performance calls.
- Share key insights with other Creative Strategists to foster collaboration and innovation.
**Role Requirements**:
**Hard Skills**
- **Deep** understanding of paid social advertising and eCommerce business models.
- **Experience being a content creator**:
- Strong visual storytelling skills.
- Proficient in short and long-form direct response copywriting.
- Knowledge of production and post-production processes.
- Basic understanding of Adobe Suite.
- Familiar with Conversion Rate Optimization and landing page design.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze creative performance metrics.
- Understanding of media buying principles on Meta and TikTok.
**Soft Skills**:
- Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and creative practices.
- Strong grasp of consumer psychology and customer personas.
- Ability to work with both analytical and creative thinkers.
- Leadership and time management abilities.
- Experience managing multiple projects and client relationships.
**Previous Experience**:
- 2+ years agency or freelancer experience
- 2+ years of experience in video editing, including ideation, storyboarding, and execution.
- **Experience as a content creator** with proven ability to capture attention and write compelling copy.
**Education**:
- Formal education is not required, but a demonstrated understanding of the field is preferred.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 / annum + bonuses
