We are looking for a talented **Creative Strategist** to oversee Crossrope’s content strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with designers, creative partners, media agencies, creators, and key members of our marketing team to create highly engaging content to showcase the unique aspects of Crossrope across all marketing touch points.

What you’ll be doing:

- Collaborate with internal and external creative partners to build a consistent pipeline of new content to be used for advertising campaigns
- Build new and lasting partnerships with creators to spread our brand message and consistently generate fresh content and campaigns
- Collaborate with media partners to ensure we’re getting new creatives into our ad accounts at an optimized cadence
- Analyze creative effectiveness and provide feedback to creators and creative partners to help iterate on future projects
- Collaborate with marketing team to support campaigns and product launches with unique visuals and creative assets
- Generate creative content ideas to test across our marketing channels
- Collaborate with photographers and videographers on creative projects and shoots
- Design new creatives in-house as needed to support marketing initiatives
- Maintain an organized library of creative content ensuring everything is on-brand
- Identify needs for creative resources (freelancers, designers, design agencies, etc) and hire designers and creators in-house as needed
- Other duties as assigned

What you need:

- Degree in marketing, communications, designs, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in creative strategy or related field
- Demonstrated experience in the formal elements of design
- Strong interest in keeping up to date with the latest design and content trends
- Strong portfolio of work
- Experience with design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
- Demonstrable creativity and originality
- Ability to work meet deadlines with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Passion for health and fitness
