Base Pay Range CA$70.00/hr - CA$70.00/hr Care Group of Pharmacies is seeking a Full-Time Designated Manager to lead our collaborative, dynamic team at our non-sterile compounding-only facility (Levels A, B, and C). Ultimate Care Compounding Benefits include: $70 per hour - negotiable based on experience 3 weeks vacation and benefits Fantastic Work Life balance with a schedule of: Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. This is a compounding only facility Key Responsibilities Stay up to date with SOPs, risk assessments, and master formulations while complying with NAPRA non-sterile regulations. Accurately and promptly dispense prescriptions. Report any medication incidents to head office within 24 hours. Implement proper pricing and receiving procedures to minimize shrinkage. Ensure compliance with company policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations. Maintain accurate perpetual inventory and dispensary stock levels. Supervise Pharmacy Technicians in: Ordering and replenishing inventory. Verifying incoming pharmaceutical orders. Maintaining current cost and inventory records. Oversee dispensary computer operations, including security and regular data backups. Maintain complete and accurate documentation for regulatory bodies, drug plans, and company programs/SOPs. Perform other duties as assigned.
