- $70 per hour - negotiable based on experience

This is a compounding only facility
Principal Responsibilities
- Stay up to date with SOPs, risk assessments, and master formulations while complying with NAPRA non-sterile regulations.
- Accurately and promptly dispense prescriptions.
- Report any medication incidents to head office within 24 hours.
- Implement proper pricing and receiving procedures to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain accurate perpetual inventory and dispensary stock levels.
- Supervise Pharmacy Technicians in:
- Ordering and replenishing inventory.
- Verifying incoming pharmaceutical orders.
- Maintaining current cost and inventory records.
- Oversee dispensary computer operations, including security and regular data backups.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation for regulatory bodies, drug plans, and company programs/SOPs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Valid Provincial Pharmacy License
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong sense of urgency with a "can-do" attitude
- Ability to balance professional and business aspects of pharmacy
- Compounding experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $70.00 per hour
