Situated within medical clinics, we offer a wide range of services including medication assessments, patient education, training on medications, conditions, and devices, MedsCheck services, and dispensing. Our team thrives on patient interaction and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including clinic doctors.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update patient pharmacy profiles.
- Enter, fill, and prepare medications, both OTC and prescription.
- Handle refill requests, patient reminder calls, and other patient communications.
- Order and manage inventory, including supplies and medications.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and the clinic team to assist patients.
- Support various pharmacy operations, including dispensing and shipping of medications and supplies.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- High School Diploma.
- 1-3 years of experience in an Ontario pharmacy.
- Proficiency with Kroll, including MedsCheck billing, administration, and recordkeeping.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
- Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 32 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
