Care Group of Pharmacies
is seeking a
Full-Time Designated Manager
to lead our collaborative, dynamic team at our
non-sterile compounding-only facility (Levels A, B, and C). Ultimate Care Compounding

  • $70 per hour - negotiable based on experience
  • 3 weeks vacation and benefits
  • Fantastic Work Life balance with a schedule of: Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.

This is a compounding only facility

Principal Responsibilities

  • Stay up to date with SOPs, risk assessments, and master formulations while complying with NAPRA non-sterile regulations.
  • Accurately and promptly dispense prescriptions.
  • Report any medication incidents to head office within 24 hours.
  • Implement proper pricing and receiving procedures to minimize shrinkage.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain accurate perpetual inventory and dispensary stock levels.
  • Supervise Pharmacy Technicians in:
  • Ordering and replenishing inventory.
  • Verifying incoming pharmaceutical orders.
  • Maintaining current cost and inventory records.
  • Oversee dispensary computer operations, including security and regular data backups.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation for regulatory bodies, drug plans, and company programs/SOPs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
