As the VP of Partner Growth at Passage, you will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategy for global expansion and partner development. Passage is committed to building technology & financial solutions that allow talented individuals all around the world to access better opportunities and as a result, spur global innovation & productivity growth. Your mission will be to leverage our unique value proposition to build and enhance partnerships worldwide, ultimately driving the awareness of the opportunities we are providing and facilitating the success of seekers globally.

What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive partner growth strategy that positions Passage as an exciting option to as many deserving students & families as possible across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, LATAM, and the Asia Pacific.
  • Oversee the expansion and excellence of our partner growth team, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and engagement in aligning with our mission to support human success from start to finish.
  • Spearhead the selection and implementation of state-of-the-art sales and operations infrastructure to optimize our partner engagement and management processes.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to craft targeted campaigns, messaging, and presentations that resonate with our partners and the families we uplift.
  • Represent Passage at industry conferences, seeking out new partnerships and opportunities for collaboration that will drive our mission forward.
  • Work closely with Passage leadership to develop aggressive yet achievable growth forecasts and strategies. By 2030, we need to make sure that anyone deserving has the access to better opportunities. We have a lot to do
Requirements
  • You are a mission-driven, who wants to win by doing good. You are ambitious, and want to help people in a big way.
  • You have a dynamic, strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in driving growth and scaling operations within a tech-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior sales or partner development role, ideally within the technology, education and government / nonprofit sectors, with a demonstrated ability to execute growth strategies that have significantly expanded a company’s reach and impact.
  • A history of building, motivating, and leading high-performance teams dedicated to achieving ambitious goals.
  • Extensive experience in international markets, with a preference for candidates who have successfully navigated the complexities of global partnership development.
  • An inclusive leadership style capable of mentoring diverse teams and fostering an environment of growth, learning, and success across all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional critical-thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire both small teams and large audiences. Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
