The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in multi‑tenant database and infrastructure design, pipeline management, and .NET technologies, combined with proven leadership experience managing developer teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture and design of scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions on Microsoft Azure. Design multi‑tenant databases and cloud infrastructure for enterprise‑grade applications. Oversee CI/CD pipeline management to ensure smooth and efficient deployments. Collaborate with development, product, and operations teams to deliver high‑quality solutions. Lead, mentor, and manage developer teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Conduct technical assessments, code reviews, and performance optimization. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud architecture. Core Expertise / Requirements 5–10 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure , including cloud architecture, services, and deployment strategies. Strong experience designing multi‑tenant databases and cloud infrastructure. Expertise in pipeline management (CI/CD, DevOps practices). 5+ years leading and managing developer teams. Deep proficiency in .NET framework and related technologies. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with agile development methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
