Team & Job Overview The Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) group was established in 2023 to empower customers and colleagues to deliver secure and reliable digital experiences. Your role will report to the Director of Digital Delivery Marketing & Architects team and will involve designing enterprise‑wide technology solutions. Responsibilities Interact with stakeholders to understand business needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and guide technology choices. Oversee implementation and operationalization of end‑to‑end solutions. Diagnose problems and help solve complex issues. Promote adoption of EDC architecture and cybersecurity principles. Assess impact on business processes, applications, and data. Design overall technology architecture and define standards. Partner with Tech Lead to ensure high code quality practices. Develop architectural standards, principles, templates. Problem‑solve architecture questions. Remove technical impediments and engage in coding when needed. Ensure implementation aligns with design and enterprise architecture. Align roadmap with technical strengths and opportunities. Support product and delivery teams. Challenge status quo and seek better solutions. Collaborate with Enterprise Architect to maintain consistency. Qualifications Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience delivering IT solutions or as a Solution Architect. Deep understanding of modern ecosystem concepts: microservices, APIs, streaming, cloud, real‑time dataflows, orchestration, DevOps. Strong ability to align organization on complex technical decisions. Experience in Agile delivery with Solution Architect responsibilities. Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills. Deep technical knowledge of architecture and development patterns. Experience managing technical priorities within the backlog. Excellent verbal and written communication, critical and strategic thinking, time management, priority planning, and interpersonal skills. Strong stakeholder communication skills. High initiative and ownership. Adaptability in fast‑paced environment. Collaborative mindset with problem‑solving attitude. What Will Make You Stand Out Cloud Certification (Azure preferred).
