As a Solution Architect (Delivery Focused) , you’ll be a key player on our Enterprise Architecture team, driving the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions for major transformation programs across the goeasy business. You’ll bring together deep technical expertise and strong business acumen to craft scalable, secure, and future‑ready solutions. This role is perfect for an experienced architect from the financial services space, especially someone with hands‑on experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, API/microservices integration, Azure infrastructure, and enterprise security. You’ll lead architectural design throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from strategic planning to hands‑on implementation guidance. What will you be doing? Leading the architectural design of large‑scale, transformational programs and technology solutions aligned with goeasy’s business goals. Owning and guiding the full solution lifecycle from conception to deployment, ensuring technical integrity and business alignment. Serving as a key architectural advisor and decision‑maker across business, infrastructure, application, and security domains. Collaborating with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology partners to define architectures that meet both functional and non‑functional requirements. Delivering detailed architecture artifacts and low‑level solution designs that ensure maintainability, scalability, and performance. Ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, technical strategy, and compliance frameworks. Providing architectural leadership on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions, including data, integration, and customization patterns. Driving the implementation of microservices, API‑driven architectures, and modern cloud‑native patterns using Microsoft Azure. Performing design and code reviews to ensure high‑quality, reusable, and secure solution components. Supporting ongoing initiatives to reduce technical debt and modernize legacy platforms. Guiding and mentoring project teams across development, infrastructure, and operations to ensure architectural alignment and delivery success. Communicating architectural decisions and rationale effectively to both technical and non‑technical audiences. What experience do you have? 5+ years of experience in solution architecture within financial services, ideally with exposure to non‑prime lending, banking, or insurance. Proven leadership in major transformation initiatives, serving in a Lead Architect capacity. Hands‑on experience designing and delivering solutions on Salesforce, with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Lightning, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Strong knowledge of API architecture, microservices, enterprise service buses (ESBs), and event‑driven design. Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure services, cloud infrastructure, identity and access management, and DevOps integration. Solid grasp of security principles and compliance standards (e.g., PCI, SOC 2), with best practices across hybrid environments. Exceptional ability to balance tactical execution with strategic alignment and adherence to enterprise standards. Demonstrated success collaborating across business and IT functions in both agile and hybrid delivery models. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior leadership. A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Architecture certifications such as TOGAF, Azure Architect, or Salesforce are considered strong assets.
