Unit HR & HSQA Specialist – Groupe Compass Quebec ltée Join the Unit HR & HSQA Specialist role at Groupe Compass Quebec ltée. Job Summary We’re looking for a Unit HR & HSQA Specialist to support HR, Payroll, Benefits, Occupational Health & Safety, and Quality Assurance functions across our units. In this role, you will coordinate administrative HR tasks, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain employee records. Responsibilities Coordinate and provide administrative support on all HR issues including recruitment, orientation, training, employee and labour relations, and performance management. Work closely with Payroll and Benefits to address benefits and compensation issues. Support new associates by explaining benefits and policies, and guiding them through new hire paperwork. Assist Occupational Health & Safety and Quality Assurance in ensuring units and associates adhere to company policies, Health & Safety and QA provisions. Perform regular in‑unit Health & Safety inspections and audits. Maintain and update employee files and records. Qualifications Post‑secondary education in Human Resources Management. Strong knowledge of current legislation in Employment Standards, Human Rights Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act. Highly motivated, energetic individual able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Readily adaptable to changing work priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Flexible for occasional local travel as needed. What’s in it for you?
