Vice President Real Estate The Keg Steakhouse + Bar is looking for a strategic, growth-focused real estate leader to join our team as Vice President, Real Estate. This role will oversee the Keg’s real estate portfolio, guiding site selection, lease negotiations, and long-term expansion strategies in locations spanning Canada and the United States. You’ll play a key role in shaping our physical footprint – from identifying new market opportunities to managing broker relationships and ensuring every location reflects The Keg’s brand and business goals. This role blends high-level strategy with hands‑on execution and is ideal for a collaborative leader with deep industry expertise and a passion for growth. Pay Range This range is provided by The Keg Steakhouse + Bar. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range: CA$150,000.00/yr - CA$190,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Lead site selection, lease negotiation, and approval processes Build strong relationships with brokers, landlords, and partners Conduct market research and demographic analysis Present site packages to the Real Estate Committee Collaborate across franchising, development, construction, and legal teams Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting Maintain and the real estate database Develop long‑term real estate strategies with the President and executive team Represent The Keg’s brand in all real estate dealings Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in retail or restaurant leasing, development, or portfolio management University degree in business, real estate, or related field Deep knowledge of commercial real estate, construction, and law Proven success in multi‑market growth strategies Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills Leadership experience with team development focus Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Financial acumen in budgeting and cost analysis If you’re ready to lead a growth‑driven real estate function within a collaborative, people‑first organization – we encourage you to Apply Now .
