We are a fast-growing real estate team looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator + Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join us full-time in our Richmond Hill office. Responsibilities:
Admin / Office Duties
- Manage daily office operations, reception & client communication
- MLS data entry, document organization & transaction paperwork
- Support listings (photography scheduling, staging coordination, signage, mailers)
- Email & calendar management
- Assist with social media posting & basic marketing
ISA / Sales Support
- Call incoming leads, follow-up & nurture CRM database (Follow Up Boss)
- Book appointments & consultations for agents
- Handle new inquiry calls, messages & online lead responses
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Track lead activity, reporting & follow-up processes
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent English communication & phone confidence
- Strong organizational & time-management skills
- Friendly, professional, positive attitude
- Tech-savvy (CRM, spreadsheets, email platforms)
- Fast learner & problem-solver
- Experience in sales, call centre, real estate, or customer service is an asset
- Willing to work full time in-office (not remote)
Compensation
- $17/hour to start (based on experience)
- Performance bonuses on appointments & closed deals
