Role Description Nychuk & Company is seeking a qualified Family Lawyer for a full‑time, on‑site position in Regina, SK. The Family Lawyer will provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including divorces, custody disputes, child and spousal support, property division, and mediation. Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, appearing in court, managing case files, and maintaining regular communication with clients. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues while independently managing their caseload and ensuring excellent client care. Qualifications Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills In‑depth knowledge of family law, including divorce, custody, support, and property division Experience in negotiation, mediation, and court litigation Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism Client‑focused mindset with the ability to provide empathetic and practical legal advice Proficient time management and case management capabilities, demonstrating organizational skills Licensed to practice law in Saskatchewan and in good standing with the Law Society of Saskatchewan Understanding of confidentiality and ethical standards required in legal practice Previous practice in family law or related fields is preferred but not mandatory Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Legal Industries Legal Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
