Gates Law, a well-established, client-focused boutique law firm, is looking for an experienced (3+ years) Associate Lawyer seeking someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and long-term
vision - we’re looking for someone who wants to become a partner and eventually take over the firm.

About You

We’re looking for an Associate Lawyer who:

- Has 3+ years of legal experience
- Is currently working at a mid-to-large firm but craving more autonomy, purpose, and control of their career
- Is interested in becoming a partner and eventually taking over the firm
- Wants to build a practice aligned with their passions and strengths
- Thrives in an exceptionally fast-paced environment
- Embraces the entrepreneurial side of law
- Can work independently and thrives without micromanagement
- Is internally motivated, organized, and process-driven

About the Role

In this role, you would:

- Use our proven, established systems and processes to deliver consistent, top-tier legal service and build your own client base in your preferred areas of practice
- Handle client files from start to finish with autonomy and care
- Contribute to the growth and evolution of the firm, stepping into a partnership and succession track
- Collaborate with our small, close-knit team in a fast-paced but supportive environment
