The successful candidate will advise and represent clients in a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody and access, child and spousal support, property division, and mediation. The role involves independently managing a caseload while collaborating with colleagues to ensure exceptional client service. Responsibilities Provide legal advice and representation in family law matters Draft pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation Appear in court and represent clients in litigation Manage files efficiently and maintain regular client communication Qualifications Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills In-depth knowledge of family law, including divorce, custody, support, and property division Experience with negotiation, mediation, and litigation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Client-focused approach with empathy and professionalism Strong organizational, time management, and case management abilities Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Saskatchewan Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality and ethical obligations Prior family law experience preferred but not required Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Legal #J-18808-Ljbffr
