Full training and development will be provided. Job Description Paylidify is searching for a skilled Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record of success and growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for working in a team environment, excel in a target and goal oriented workplace, and be adept at working with large vendors throughout North America. The candidate should also have the ability to think strategically and proactively, as well as thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment. Our business is rapidly growing, and we are looking for someone who can embrace ongoing process improvement and maintain a "can-do" attitude. Successful candidates should have experience working with client relationship management tools and be committed to growth and advancement. As a Team Manager, you will become an expert in Paylidify's products and services, which empower our customers to thrive within the Paylidify ecosystem. You will use your passion for growth and a winning mentality to elevate the standard of success. There will also be opportunities for successful candidates to expand their expertise into new regions across Canada and the US. You will: Collaborates with the Channel Director and Sales Director in reaching the annual sales target goals for the Region Manages personnel and develops sales staff in the specified region to acquire new business for Paylidify Keep yourself up-to-date with Paylidify's products & services and understand how they provide value & can help our customers continue to grow Manage a diverse sales pipeline of businesses to identify and prioritize opportunities that can accelerate sales cycles Employ a solutions-based sales approach to promote urgency, identify business challenges and provide unique targeted value Work with the leadership team to gain exposure to sales skills, develop your sales experience, and understand Paylidify's sales processes Use Paylidify's sales enablement tools to maintain important sales data and documentation Consistently achieve and exceed your monthly targets Manages an assigned geographical sales territory to maximize sales revenue, achieve regional sales targets and meet corporate objectives Manages and implements company programs to coach, develop and train team personnel Conducts weekly sales meetings with the sales staff to review performance strategies and up-to-date results and KPI's Assists the sales personnel on a daily basis in establishing contact and building rapport with target customers and clients Educate the sales team by utilizing approved sales training programs Submit daily and or weekly reports to the human resources department and the Channel Director Qualifications Drive to Succeed Professionalism Customer Service Skills Leadership skills Communications Skills Interpersonal Skills Job Criteria Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Next Steps The chosen applicants can expect to receive a response within three (3) business days of applying.
