Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager - Western Canada will be responsible for managing sales activities, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with clients in the region. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, Managing distribution, identifying business opportunities, supporting customer needs, and collaborating with the internal team to achieve sales targets. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Western Canada (BC, AB, SK and MB)

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in market analysis, customer research, and sales strategy planning
  • Experience in the cutting tools, manufacturing, or related industries is required
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software, such as CRM systems
