Position Bilingual Event Planner (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office) Our client located in Toronto is looking for a Bilingual Event Planner to add to their team. You will be responsible for planning and delivering events and programs to their members and network. Salary CA$80,000.00/yr - CA$95,000.00/yr (Base pay, actual pay based on skills and experience) Benefits Excellent salary offered with bonuses Strong benefit plan fully funded by the employer RRSP matching & employer contributions 3 weeks paid vacation per year Responsibilities Planning, managing, and executing in-person events Developing creative activations and finding innovative ways to boost member engagement Seeking out venues, speakers, and managing event sponsorship deliverables Negotiating contracts and managing on-site logistics Overseeing volunteer recruitment to engagement Tracking event budgets, ensuring timely payments, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities Any other duties as required Qualifications Fluently bilingual in both French and English 5+ years of corporate event management experience Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field Volunteer management experience is a strong asset Strong relationship‑management skills Very organized and detail‑oriented Additional Information Send your resume today to be considered for this position.
