You’ll: Plan and coordinate professional events from concept to execution Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless delivery Manage budgets, vendors, and logistics Support marketing and communications efforts for event promotion Handle reporting, post-event feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives Other tasks as assigned. What you bring to the job You are passionate about event planning and ensuring everyone has a positive experience. You are hardworking, efficient, and proactive, and determined to successfully lead projects from beginning to end. You also have the following qualities: Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)5+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or project management Background in hospitality, communications, or related field Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with in-person and virtual events A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to juggle multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools Expected Compensation: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 CAD annually.
