You will:Plan and execute a range of in-person and virtual events from start to finishCoordinate logistics, vendors, budgets, timelines, and production detailsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure an exceptional experience for attendeesSupport marketing and communications for event promotionTrack performance, gather feedback, and identify ways to continuously elevate event qualityJump in where needed to support a high-performing, fast-moving teamWhat you bring to the jobYou’re passionate about creating seamless, memorable experiences and you take pride in being the calm, organized backbone behind great events.
