As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the business, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. This position will report directly to the District Manager of Operations for Northern Alberta and the Prairie Region. Key Responsibilities Oversee branch operations, including customer service, inventory management and logistics, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Coordinating with the outside sales team to ensure customer commitments and requirements are being achieved. Establish a high‑performing team culture through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and leading by example aligned with the company's core values. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans to drive individual and team growth. Ensure that team members are trained and comply with company policies and operational procedures. Champion a workplace where safety comes first by consistently following health and safety principles. Work closely with senior management to present and execute corporate strategies for the branch. Qualifications 3+ years of proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a branch or operational management capacity. Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and customer service excellence. Exceptional communication, problem‑solving skills and conflict resolution. Experience managing inventory, warehousing and day‑to‑day branch operations. Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to achieve shared goals. Professional demeanor and strong work ethic. Proficiency with ERP system and Microsoft Office applications. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
