As the Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in achieving our client's business plan objectives and meeting the expectations of owners, customers, and employees. You will lead a dedicated team, manage physical and financial resources effectively, and ensure the branch's profitability and growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with your team to boost sales, profitability, and market share.
- Achieve financial goals, including sales targets, budgets, and cost control.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers; address and resolve any elevated issues.
- Foster success through effective communication, engagement, and employee development.
- Partner with other branch managers and business areas to implement best practices and ensure consistent processes.
- Oversee the planning and execution of marketing activities and events.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive workplace for all employees.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, preferably within retail, agricultural, or mechanical sectors.
- A strong emphasis on sales and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent analytical, business planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
