Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with your team to boost sales, profitability, and market share.
  • Achieve financial goals, including sales targets, budgets, and cost control.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers; address and resolve any elevated issues.
  • Foster success through effective communication, engagement, and employee development.
  • Partner with other branch managers and business areas to implement best practices and ensure consistent processes.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating teams.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, preferably within retail, agricultural, or mechanical sectors.
  • A strong emphasis on sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent analytical, business planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
