Your Role & Responsibilities

 

Position Overview


Stymiest & Associates is looking for energetic, driven, bright individuals with strong interpersonal skills to join our process improvement consulting practice. This position is a full-time commitment intended for business professionals with 2+ years of business experience .


Are you passionate about driving innovation and streamlining processes? As a Process Design Consultant , you’ll become a vital member of our Project Delivery Consulting Team , where your work will directly impact the success of key business operations. You'll be responsible for leading end-to-end projects across various industries, focusing on initiatives that optimize processes and enhance efficiency. Your role will be crucial in driving success for both our business and our clients.


In this position, you'll take ownership of designing and implementing process improvements that deliver measurable results. From analyzing current workflows to crafting and executing strategic process roadmaps, you'll ensure that each project not only meets but exceeds expectations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential, as you bring together different stakeholders to achieve seamless project execution.

Main Responsibilities


  • Develop project proposals
  • Develop and maintain project plans
  • Project Management
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings
  • Manage clients’ relationships
  • Guide strategic Project direction
  • Interview clients to develop processes
  • Map business processes
  • Build business solutions to improve business performance
  • Analyze data & perform statistical analysis
  • Develop and maintain project plans
  • Design, build and deliver presentations
  • Guide deliverables to completion
  • Related projects/work as assigned


 

Qualifications


Required

 

University Education (Bachelor of Commerce, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related degree)

2+ years of consulting or relevant experience.

Exceptional communication skills in English and French, both verbal and written.

Prior experience managing projects end to end.

Strong Interpersonal skills.

Prior experience with Microsoft environment.

Must be able to legally to work in Canada.




Considered to be an Asset


Lean Six Sigma Certifications.

Knowledge of Microsoft Visio or equivalent.

Aviation Industry Knowledge.

PMP certification.
