Your Role & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our process improvement consulting practice. This part-time position is ideal for university students looking to gain experience in the consulting industry while applying their knowledge to real business problems.
Main Responsibilities- Map business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Design, build, and deliver presentations to stakeholders
- Develop business solutions to improve business performance
- Analyze data and perform statistical analysis to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain project plans to ensure timely completion
- Assist with the development of applications and dashboards to support business operations
- University education in progress (Bachelor of Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or related degree)
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Exceptional communication skills in English and French, both verbal and written
- Ability to legally work in Canada
- Lean Six Sigma certifications a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio or equivalent
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Power Apps or equivalent
- Knowledge of design tools
- Knowledge of coding languages
